A gentle, introductory 6-week course designed to ease you into movement, exercise, and social connection. Focused on light stretching, mobility, and wellbeing.
Who's it for?
A Stretch & Balance course is perfect for those new to exercise or looking to build confidence before progressing to the more active Fall Prevention Hub.
​Alternatively, after completing the Fall Prevention Hub, this course provides an affordable way to continue building strength, balance, and mental wellbeing in a supportive and social environment.
