We believe everyone deserves to stay mobile, independent, and confident for as long as possible. Whether it’s bending down, getting in and out of the car, navigating stairs, or simply staying steady on your feet, these everyday actions can become more challenging as we age. Loss of muscle strength and balance can make us more prone to falls, but with the right support, this doesn’t have to hold you back.

At Ageing Actively CIC, we’re here to help you regain strength, balance, and confidence through a variety of engaging and enjoyable activities tailored for seniors. From fun strength and balance classes set to music with props, to supported dance sessions through the decades, we make staying active something to look forward to. For those who love a bit of nostalgia, we also offer supported sport activities like indoor cricket, keeping you connected to the things you’ve always loved doing.

Our sessions are designed for all abilities, with everyone encouraged to go at their own pace. With uplifting music, engaging props, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere, staying active has never been more enjoyable. And after each session, there’s always time to relax with a cup of tea, a biscuit, and a friendly chat.

Everyone is welcome—men, women, and all ages. Join us to stay active, build confidence, and make new friends. Together, let’s embrace ageing actively and keep doing the things we love.
